Psychotherapy

I specialize in treating a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, post traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement and mood disorders.

I am also well versed in pharmacology and can work with your prescribing physician in the monitoring of the effects of the medications you are taking as well in the monitoring of its discontinuation.

My number one priority is to bring happiness and well-being to my patients' lives by restoring their mental balance. I want to help you break free from old habits, develop healthy coping skills and find new ways to respond to life's challenging situations.

People I work with include:

  • Adults
  • Adolescents
  • Older Adults (aging and related issues)

Relationship Counseling

For couples who have run into emotional trouble or just want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, relationship counseling is highly valuable.

Group Therapy

Therapist-led group therapy is useful both as a supplement and an alternative to individual therapy. It provides real-life feedback and interaction among the patients.

Psychotherapy is not a substitute for regular medical care

Psychotherapy is a very important process and has enjoyed much success. It must be mentioned, however, that psychotherapy and psychological-related services are not a substitute for medical and/or psychiatric care. I suggest that all patients receive an up-to-date medical physical examination. My credentials are such, however, that I am most able and desirous in working in collaboration with your physician, psychiatrist, or other healthcare provider.
